The subject of birth and pregnancy has appeared in my sculptures before, but not using musical instruments! Deconstructing this guitar was a fun experiment as was adding the elements of two hand castings and a ukulele. Practical elements: There is a hook on the back of the guitar to hang it on the wall OR you can use a guitar hanger bracket which is a perfect support for this sculpture. By the way, The gestational age of the little guitar is not established!
